ABOUT ME

I am Julio García, a therapist based in Valencia, Spain, specialized in anxiety, depression and relationship problems.

I became interested in psychology during my teenage years because I have always been fascinated by understanding the human mind and behavior.

I believe people are multifaceted. In my case, besides being a psychologist, I am also a food industry engineer, I can speak 6 languages, and I enjoy arts (photography and music).

I love solving problems and helping others and listening which is why I work in supporting people who are looking for tools to bring more happiness and balance into their lives.
